The Index to Georgia Confederate Pension Files shows that Elizabeth A. Pipkin, wife of Asa C. Pipkin, filed for a pension in Pulaski County, GA. No date is shown for the filing. Old Jackson Progress Argus newspaper in the obituaries shows the death of a Elizabeth Pipkin Joiner on November 20, 1925. No place of burial is shown for her, at least not in Butts County.
