JONES the same who on 2 May 1835, Page 13, as the appointed guardian of Levi THOMPSON, orphan of Henry THOMPSON, late of Jasper County, Georgia, sold to Martin King, 1/5 part of Land Lot 47, in the 24th District of then awarded [2] Muscogee County, Georgia, [later, Talbot County, GA], formerly awarded to the orphans of Henry THOMPSON, of Captain Spark's District, in Jasper county, Land Lot 47, Section 24, [2] Muscogee County, at public sale on the 1st Tuesday of May 1836, for $100. Martin King was the highest bidder, [for this approximate 40.5 acres land] witnessed by James Stallings & C. R. Wynne, JP.? Was this John E.
