James Ellis is on the 1860 Jackson, Butts, Ga record with his with wife Elizabeth Ellis and daughter Ida Ellia age 2. He states his occupation as a physican. He then appears on an 1880 Griffin,Spalding, GA. Then he shows up on a 1900 Jackson, Butts,GA with him widowed and no kids. I am looking for a death date, and cemetery location. I found a Butts County Obituary listed with a Mrs, Dr Ellis death date of 10/30/1888 and another Mrs. Ellis death date of 3/25/1898. I think the Mrs. Dr. Ellis is his wife. I would like a copy of the obituary which might lead to her children. I can anyone check this out and send me info to my e-mail address at BrowningDennis@msn.com. Thanks for any help with this.
