Anyone available to look up a specific Butts Co. deed?

On a recent trip to Salt Lake City, I found a deed reference for my ancestor in the Deed Index BUT I failed to check at the Library for a copy of the actual deed. Does anyone live near the Butts Co. court house and could look at this deed:
May 8, 1828 Book B Pg 150 Joseph SMITH to Robert SMITH.
