Old House on Hwy 37

I was driving through on Hwy 37 through Mitchell, Baker and Calhoun Counties and came upon an old lovely columned house in need of much love. It is two or three stories with the varanda caved in on one side and the other side parts falling. But the main Core of the house looks ok. Would like some information on the house and its history. If possible a contact that I could speek with about the house.

There is the most beautiful camillia bush in the yard.
