Is this all the information you have on them? I don't have much more, except that I can confirm that they are all buried in St. Marys Oak Grove Cemetery and all have headstones. I have their dates as well. I do have listings for several Chadwicks, including a listing for an 8 month old child, Roy, who is listed as the child of Georgia and Stephen. No dates listed. My list also shows that Ernestines middle name was Sheffield. So possibly her mother's maiden name was Sheffield. I do not have any marriage record listing for either couple. Several Kings and Sheffields married each other. Lee Roy Durden, Jr. has many Camden lines and one of them is Chadwick. His email address is on his web page at: http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/d/u/r/Lee-R-Durden/index.html?Welcome=998428120 I can't find any Chadwicks in the census records from 1790-1850, nor in the 1889 or 1891 Tax Digests. However, one is listed (last name only) in a will book index: Book 1 Page 78. I don't have any more info on the will book - that would be in the local courthouse or historical library. Jill Ching has a good web site that relates to some of the Kings of Kings Ferry. She might be of some help: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Hills/6357/index.htm Susan Peterson has Ernestine Sheffield King listed in her gedcom. You can download it at: http://www.camdencounty.org/gay.html Her email address is also on that page. She has another page with more King info at: http://www.uftree.com/FamilyGathering/WebPages/petersnn/default/ Good luck, Tara Fields The Crypt: Genealogy & History of Camden & Charlton Counties, Georgia
