Rebecca (or Susannah) BUFFINGTON, first wife of Belford LUCK (1815-1889)(sometimes i.d.'d as Alfred Belford LUCK). Given the birth years of her children, I estimate that Belford and Rebecca married about 1834-1835, but need more complete info. He lived in Campbell County, GA., 1840-1880. Children: Alfred B. LUCK (1837-1921), William Green LUCK (1839-1862), Parker M. LUCK (1841-1861).Rebecca presumably died in or about 1843.

Does anyone have more information on her: when and where she was born, when and where she married Belford, and when and where she died. What is her relationship to Alfred BUFFINGTON (bn 1803 or so) and Henderson BUFFINGTON (born 1806 or so)both of these two were born in SC. Henderson, in 1850, was living in Fayette County, GA while Alfred was living in 1860 in Columbia Cnty., AR (don't have him for 1850)?
