Hello I'm researching my James Family Roots of Georgia/
Alabama or North Carolina. Iam the ggg grandson of Martin and Joyce James
who we believe where born in Old Campbell County, Ga also known as Ben
hill, GA which is now Fulton county, GA. I've done some research and
perhaps maybe have found a Martin James who was born in 1840-1850 and was
around the age of 10 in the same area according to the census. And if
that is right his parents might have been Stephen and Marry James of Old
Campbell County or surrounding neighbors. Anyway nothing is for sure.
Born to Martin and Joyce James though Were approximately 5 children
Louious G. James born 1872 my gg grand daddy, Jessie James, John James,
Dylia James and Rose James. What I can tell you is Loucious G. James
married 1st a McClarin and Then Ella Wheat James my great great grand
mother. We do know that Loucious G. James was born in Campbell county or
the neighboring counties or states. SO if you no anyone or if you are
related to this family please contact me via email. Also could you help
me find the surname of my great, great, great grand mother Joyce James.
