I should have added that the only Parker listed in the Carroll County Census records for 1840 was Stukeley S. C. Parker. We are hoping the Civil War Service Card can tie him back to Stukeley S. C. Parker by the Regiments he served in. The Civil War Pension Application listed no information about family. Just that he was born in Carroll County, Georgia. The 26th Georgia Infantry was from Ware, Brantley and Charlton Counties . I found only one Parker there and it was for 1850 but no William H. Parker.
