Grasping at straws.My GGGrandfather,Absolom B. King won some land in the Lottery.It shows him as residing in Mullen's in Carroll County,Ga. He is my complete brick wall,as w/ many other people.I just found another King in the Land Lottery named Irby King.He is from the very same place as Absolom.I cannot find any info on Absolom B. King prior to 1840 or so.I'm hoping that someone might tie him to Irby or any other Kings.His wife,(Absolom's) was named Elizabeth Martin.They were supposedly m. in 1830 in Ga.
