Ancestry.com may have early marriages for Georgia online for some counties. The Family History Library (LDS) in Salt Lake City probably has microfilm of the early books and they can ordered for viewing at a local Family History Center. I don't know if the LDS FamilySearch research site has digitized them yet. My source for Carroll County is a two volume publication covering about 150 years and it is not online. They could have applied for a marriage license in any county and somes of the counties experienced record loss due to courthouse fires. This sommetimes gets to be an impossible task and even if a record is found for a county there is nothing to indicate where the actual ceremony took place. Notify Administrator about this message?
