Seeking information on Donald Campbell "Cam" Reed, who was living in Catoosa Co., Georgia, in the 1860-1880 period. He was probably born around 1820, his wife's name was Elizabeth, and they were probably members of Burning Bush Baptist Church. This Donald Reed sold land to U.S. Government in 1892 to form part of the Chickamauga Battlefield Park.
Seeking info on parents, siblings, children, etc., and where family came from.
My gr-gr-grandfather was Charles Reed of nearby Whitfield/Murray Co. According to family Bible he had a brother named "Cam", and I'm trying to find out if this is the same "Cam" that was living in Catoosa Co.
