LLOYD FAMILY REUNION IN CHARLTON COUNTY
The descendants of LEWIS ‘BUNK’ LLOYD (1864-1929), and NORA ESTELLE BROWN LLOYD (1864-1967) will hold a family reunion on the first Saturday in August, 11 AM til 4 PM with lunch at 12:30, at the Trader’s Hill Campground on Highway 121 south of Folkston, Charlton County, Ga. All families, Lloyd, Spurlock, Parrish, Blocker & their descendants are urged to notify all out of town friends and relatives. Let’s make this a big turnout to renew our relationships and celebrate with the family! Pass the word! Find out who you’re kin to. Discover your genealogy history back to the 1700’s with Grandpa Bunk’s parents JOHN HOUSTON MACINTOSH LLOYD and REBECCA ANN STOKES and his grandparents, JAMES LLOYD and SUSANNAH WINGATE. Other cousins include Conner, Crews, Sikes, Woolard, McClain, Small, Guinn, Simmons, and more. Everyone is invited! We will have music and singing, horseshoes and volleyball. Bring a covered dish lunch and plan to enjoy yourself.
