I found the following in The Atlanta Constitution, July 9, 1905:
A.J. West & Company sold 800 acres in Charlton county, GA,
adjoining the St. George colony, to T. H. Snipes for $16,000.
I would like to find out more about T. H. Snipes, and also more information on the land sale.
