Is there still a Bismarc St

My grandmother was born about 1890-91 at #2 Bismarc as listed on a birth record acquired in 1980 something by her daughter, my Aunt, now deceased. It was a midwife's record.

I would like to know if anyone has any knowledge about this street. Is it still on the map or under a parking lot?

Any help greatly appreciated.
