Dear Linda:

I can give you two possible directions to pursue regarding the records of Laurel Grove Cemetery, Savannah, GA. Georgia Historical Society, Whitaker St., Savannah, GA has published a book entitled: "Laurel Grove Cemetery, Savannah, Georgia, Volume I, 12 Oct 1852 - 30 Nov 1861", compiled by the Genealogical Committee of Georgia Historical Society, Savannah, Georgia, Copyright 1993. They have a web site. I bought my copy of this book directly from them through the web site. The other suggestion that I can give to you would be for you to telephone the office at Laurel Grove Cemetery and speak with them. I have many ancestors buried in Laurel Grove Cemetery which dates back to 1852. I have obtained lists of who is buried in various old burial lots from the Laurel Grove Cemetery Office. There will be a small cost to obtaining the printed lists of the people who are buried in the old burial lots. You may wish to call and speak with someone at the Georgia Historical Society in Savannah. Hope that I have been of assistance.

Sincerely,

Carole Melson.
