My uncle, James E. Allan was stationed at Ft. Benning during early part WWII. From what I have learned, he was motorcycle MP. He married a Dixie Moore who worked on the base. He later was a part of the 1330th Army Air Base Unit and was killed when his plane crashed in the "Humps" in 1944. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who might have any info about them.
