Pat - The Clapp's Factory burying ground is very near Oliver Dam on the Chattahoochee River - also near the present marina and the Columbus Water Works facility on the River Road. The RiverWalk bounds one edge of the cemetery (as far as we know), about one tenth of a mile south of the path's northern terminus. A ramp for the Second Avenue exit off of the Northern By-pass is just on the other side of the RiverWalk. The cemetery is presently in deplorable shape, and only one grave, out of an estimated 300-500, is still marked. I will email you privately with further details. Do you have kin buried there or information on any burials? Thanks - John
