NEED INFO ABOUT SEMINOLE & TRION IN CHATTOOGA CO

I am researching Cosby/Crosby surname in Chattooga Co but need information about boundaries/locations of the above.

At some point, some of these people were in Seminole and later some were in Trion. Were these two places close to each other? Were they actually towns or perhaps just communities? Do they still exist?

Also had some Wilsons in the above county of Walker. Were Walker and Chattooga counties ever part of each other? Don't know exactly how the boundries for these two counties were lined out in the 1850's-1900's.

Finally, can someone provide a web site where Civil War pension information can be viewed? Looking for personal information that a Uriah W or Hugh W Cosby, who was living in Trion in 1917, would have provided when he applied for his Civil War pension in 1917.
