Hi, I'm looking for the names of Henry Wheeler b. 1810-1896 2nd and possibly 3rd wives names. This is what I have so far: 1st wife: Mary Chamblee (1814-1859)m. on 25 Dec 1832. They had 13 children that I have in my files. After she died he remarried to another where he had another set of children starting in 1860. I, also, have the names of two wives to him but which did he marry first? I have Nancy and Rachael Johnson. I have Rachael and Nancy b. Jan 20, 1831 (twins?) and Rachael d. May 12 or 18, 1871. I've seen this marriage date in the cherokee Marriage Book E, pg. 52. So if he married Rachael in 1871, Nancy had to have been the one who had his other children, wouldn't you think? I read that in Don Shadburn's book "The Cottonpatch Chronicles" that Rachael and Henry did get married on the date above but he, also, speculates that they got m. abt 1859/1860. Could be but then you have that documentated marriage date. I hope someon out there can give me the correct information. Thanks a bunch!
