Hi,

I'm related to the Chamlee's. There is an article about Henry Wheeler in the book History of Cherokee County Georgia, 1831-1998, pg 571. There is also a photo of Henry, plus a photo of a Wheeler family reunion about 1890. The article was submitted by Sible McDaniel, 1190 David Ln, Conyers, GA 30207.

The article says that "Henry married (1st) Mary "Polly" Chamblee (correct spelling is Chamlee) Dec 25, 1832 in Hall County, GA., married (2nd) Nancy Johnson about 1860, probably in Cherokee County, GA., and married (3rd) Rachel Johnson, Aug 13, 1871 in Cherokee County."

The article says Henry and Mary Polly had 12 children and lists their birth and death dates and spouses.

Quote "Nancy Johnson was the 2nd wife of Henry Wheeler. She was born June 20, 1831 and died May 1871 at age 40, buried Wheeler Family Cemetery." The article names their 7 children, their birth and death dates and spouses.

"Rachel Johnson was Henry Wheeler's third wife. They had no children."
