Would like to locate descendants of Thomas M. Higginbotham (1857/8-1931) and wife Lucy A. McCurry, married 18 Nov 1896 Elbert Co., GA. Thomas was son of Eli Higginbotham and Martha Allgood of Elbert Co. Thomas and Lucy had children William Howard Higginbotham, born 20 Oct 1898; Thomas M., Jr., born ca 1903; Ira H., born 1905; and Lucy M., born 1911. Ira H. enlisted in Air Corps 1942 from Clarke Co., died 1965 in Murray Co., GA. In 1918 William Howard was employed by Seaboard Airline Railroad. Thomas and Lucy lived in Athens from before 1900 through 1930 census. My e-mail: yonahdells@alltel.net
