Hello, Angie,

There are some Betts in the "Clarke County, Georgia Marriage Records, 1803-1909" book, but no Lena Betts. Here is what I do find:

Brides
. Lillie Estelle Betts married Alex Guill Hargrove, June 22, 1904, Book K, page 372.
. Mamie Betts married C. E. Underwood, Dec. 19, 1894, Book I, page 297.
. Minnie Betts married Eugene Walton, Nov. 14, 1901, Book L, page 571.

Grooms
. B. M. Betts married Minnie Langston, Dec. 28, 1902, Book K, page 178
. Frank Walter Betts married Sarah Asenath Dorsey, Jan. 15, 1908, Book L, page 314.
. Parks Thomas Betts married Leila May Collins, Feb. 5, 1907, Book L, page 166.
. Z. W. Betts married Leila Hudson, Jan. 22, 1890, Book H, page 452.

I have not looked at the census page from 1900 that you reference so can offer no further speculation.

I hope these citations will help your research. As always, checking marriages records in surrounding counties might be a good idea.
