In all of my research, and research of others I have never seen any thing to the contrary that
Garrison Gibson Medlock's wife's maiden name was Rebecca Evelyn Poole. I have not seen a copy of the marriage certificate, but they were married in Laurens County, S. C. according to research. Both are buried in Babb Cemetery in Lovejoy, Henry County, Georgia, along with several of their children who died young. This cemetery is about 10 miles from where I live. There are Babbs in the Medlock genealogy but I have not connected them yet. If you have any info about REPM's maiden name being Babb I would appreciate you sharing it with me. By the way, do you have any info as to who GGM's parents were?
