I am looking for my birth mother. I was born 9/1/63 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. My records called me John Clements/Coffee County baby prior to adoption. My birth mother's birthday is 1/8/42. She was 21 at the time of my birth, approx 5'4'' tall & weighed 120 pounds. She has auburn hair, brown eyes. She has 3 sisters. 1 older. 2 younger. No brothers.
