Many of the people who had land draws in the lotteries had duel citizenship. For instance in South Carolina and also in Columbia Georgia, so that they could establish residence to qualify to have a draw in the 1806-07 lottery. I think this is what my gg-grandfather did. Is their any way to find out some information about this. I am trying to connect a person in S.C. to a person in Georgia. What source can be used.
