Hello Faye from another Faye! According to my humble attempts to trance the Phillips family, I found on the internet a listing that has Sarah "Sally" Phillips b. Abt.1802 in Columbia Co., GA. m: Joh Parrish 4 Aug 1819 in Columbia Co. He was born abt. 1802 in North Carolina and died aft. 1860. She was the daughter of Sophia Lord b. abt 1780/1785 and d. aft.1860 in Columbia Co. and Ichabod Phillips b. abt. 1775 in Wilkes Co., GA. and d. either the 5 Jul or 3 Feb 1843. They married in Columbia Co. GA 3 Feb 1798. My ggrandfather was her brother, William "Buck" Phillips who was born abt. 1803 and came to Lowndes Co., GA around 1850. I think your Sally was the third child and my Buck was the fourth in a sibship of 16! Thanks, Faye
