Dear Bessie Euline Bennett,

I am a local reseacher for the area of Cook County-Adel, Ga and there are only three Suggs listed as dead dated back to 2000.
1st- Birdie Marie Suggs (b.feb 11,1941) (d.Mar 28,2000)
2nd- James"Jim" Suggs (b.sep 19,1893) (d.feb 23,1989)
3rd- Rosa T. Suggs (b.feb 9,1909) (d.apr 19,1975)> *
From this I would suggest looking up James as the husband,he is buried in county line cemetery.
