I am looking for further information regarding William A. Cunningham and his wife, Elizabeth C. Darracott. They were married Feb. 2, 1839, in Taliaferro County, GA and moved to Coweta County, GA before the 1850 census. Elizabeth C. Darracott was born about 1823 in Alabama (probably Wilcox Co), the only child of James B. Darracott and his first wife, Charlotte Mason (d. Sept. 19, 1825, Wilcox Co. AL). William Cunningham’s parents are unknown at this time.
I have traced the Cunninghams up to 1860 in Coweta Co. (see census records below), but have been unable to find them after that. Perhaps one or both were deceased before 1870? Would also like further information on their children. Any info. on this family will be greatly appreciated. I have a good deal of material on the Darracott family to share with anyone interested.
