In 1840 Nathan Collins is listed in Coweta. In 1850 Nathan Collins is listed in Coweta. In 1860 Nathan Collins is listed in Coweta. In 1870 Nathan Collinsworth is listed in Coweta. In 1880 Nathan Collinsworth is listed in Coweta. So the name went from Collins to Collinsworth. Nathan Collins/Collinsworth was married to Rhoda Sanders. Nathan and Rhoda were born in North Carolina. I'm searching to find out what part of North Carolina. And if anybody knows why did they change their name. Any help world be appreciated. Thank you.
