Hi All:
I am having a big problem. I'm trying to find the parents of my following Patterson ancestor. If anyone has any good ideas for me, I'd be everso grateful!
SARAH AMELIA PATTERSON b. 1856 AL m. Joseph B. STEMBRIDGE of Crawford Co.GA...believe they marr. ca 1876. They are on 1880 Crawfd Co. GA Census with 2 children, Annie & Eva. I desc. from a later son, Benj.Franklin Stembridge b. 1892 CrawfdCo.GA.
I'd love to find Sarah's PARENTS...prob. of AL, but don't know Names. I've checked census records from 1860-1870 trying to find Sarah as a child w/parents, but can't find her ... any suggestions???? (I've even tried to find PATTERSONS in Crawfd Co.GA, thinking perhaps they moved there, but havent found them there either...). I'm really hoping to crack this one! Thanks!
