I am interested in finding out as much as possible about James Milton Reeves, resident of Crawford County in the 1800's, and any forebears or descendants of his. I am particularly interested in Reeves family bibles, old photographs of any of the Reeves family, deeds or other documents which would help me piece together the history of this family. James Milton Reeves was my great-grandfather, and his son G.G. Reeves was my grandfather. James died in Crawford County and is buried in the Reeves Family Cemetery on the old homeplace. G.G. reached adulthood in Crawford County, but later moved to Ben Hill County, Ga.
