1900 Dooly; MD 1040; dist 94
53 54 Wright Char. k, Nov 1877 22, married 2 yrs
Viola, wife, April 1874 26

I would have thought the Charlie belonged to this family. But according to info post on a website, the Charlie below was Charles Jackson Wright and he married Annie Mae McGlamery in 1905 in Dooley.
1880 Dooly; Dist 2; dist 21
226 232 Wright, Dallis W, 35, Ga/NC/NC
Mary, wife 35, teacher, Ga
Missouri, 18, dau
Ella, 12, dau
Thomas 10
Georgia 8
Charlie, 3

There was another Charles on the 1880 Dooly
218 219 Wright, Wade 27
Sataie A, 19, wife
Connie, (Cossie?), 4, son
Charley C, 2, son
John H, 7/12
Cage, 25
Mary ?, 19 wife
On the 1900 Dooly census; Wade and family are at household 51; 52 is a Will. C Wright age 24 and at #53 is Charles K and Viola Wright.
This Wade Wright may be son of Felix Kinson Wright. F K Wright was son of Abel T and Rebecca Cadwell Wright of Pulaski and Dodge County.

I couldn't find an Ola or a Viola Whitttle on the 1880 Ga census index.
Bernice
