I have a book called Cemetery Survey of Dade County and it does contain a survey of the Deakins Cemetery. It says it is on top of hill at corner of US 11 and Hwy 299. Jennie Cre Frazee, b. 1881, d. 1950. Willmonte D. Frazee, 1883-1971. There is also a Willeta M. Frazee, 1893-1983. I don't know about the Frazee Institute you mentioned, but there has been a Wildwood Sanitarium there all of my life. There's a community of Seventh-Day Adventists there. There may be a connection to that.
