Found newspaper article in Lumpkin Co. dated 1 April 1910 about the murder of Jim Bruce. It ststes that Jim Bruce from Dawson Co. went to see his friend Lewis Gaddis in Lumpkin Co. They got into an argument and Gaddis stabed him twice and Bruce died on the spot. Does anyone know the outcome of this case and who was the parents of Lewis Gaddis? Any information would be appreciated.
