Alfreda Rucker
October 21, 1950 - April 24, 2007
Funeral services for Alfreda Hamilton Rucker, 56, of Bainbridge, will be held today, Saturday at 3 p.m. at First African Baptist Church in West Bainbridge with the Rev. J.C. Jackson officiating.
Interment will be in Jonas Lobe Cemetery with friends of the family acting as pallbearers.
Mrs. Rucker was born in Bainbridge and was a teacher for the Decatur County Schools prior to her retirement. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta and the First African Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Coley, Rucker,; two sons, Brian M. Rucker, and Jordan M. Rucker; one daughter, Monica L. Rucker, and five grandchildren.
Bruton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
