Jane Farrow in DeKalb co Ga in the 1820's

Jane Echols married Solomon Ray in 1786 in Wilkes co ga. They went to Clarke co and then to Jasper co Ga where Solomon Ray died in 1813.Jane Echols Ray married Tench Farrow in 1818 in Jasper co Ga. He took off about 1820 and Jane Ray Farrow and her children went to DeKalb co Ga in the early 1820's. I have not been able to find any kind of record showing they were living in DeKalb co Ga in the 1820's. Can anyone help me with some kind of recorde. I know Solomon Ray's orphans won land in the 1821 land lottery in DeKalb co Ga so it seems like there would be some kind of tax records or other kind of records to prove they were there. Solomon Ray Jr married Jane Church in 1829 in Henry co Ga. I don't know why they married in Henry co Ga. Any help appreciated. Thanks,Ross
