Looking for information on George Washington Floyd b. 1840 d.1912 and his wife Amanda Louise McLemore Floyd b.1871 d.1947. They were married 8-1-1886 in Dooly Co. and both died there. I am trying to find the parents of both. Any help in that area would be greatly appreciated. I have Amanda's death certificate number, but have not ordered a death certificate yet, #25929. Would also like to know if there may have been an obituary for either one of them, or both.
