Hello Patrick and Monica;

I can help you go back one more generation in your McCorvey research. It seems as though you have listed all the children of Neil M McCorvey and Catherine Wilkes. Siblings to Neil are: John b. 1818, Finley (Beleare) McCorvey b. 1825, Andrew J b. 1826, and Daniel McCorvey, CSA, b. 1830.

I do not know the fathers name, but it seems as though he was born in Scotland. This Unknown McCorvey wifes name (from the 1840 and 1850 Dooly County census), was Flora, b. cir 1794, also in Scotland. Thats where My trail ends. Please note that there was also some McCorveys in Worth County, whose parents were all born in GA, as far as I have back.
