1820 Land Lottery and Early County

I need help from those more knowledgeable then I. The man I believe to be my ancestor, Joseph Willis, won 2 land deeds? in the 1820 lottery. They are: District 21 lot 291 and District 1 lot 98. In the year 1833 Joseph died, as did the man I believe to be his son, Furney Willis. In the probate records of Furney Willis, Early County land was sold. I went to the Early County Land records through LDS and was completely lost.
I did not find a Joseph or Furney Willis at these locations.
What am I doing wrong, or what do I not understand? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Sue Chiaverini
