Have you ever heard about this rice plantation? I am seeking any info, Some claim it was located in present day, Jasper county, S.C. Family lore claims; Gen.Sherman divided it in the forty acres and a mule; that he was resposible for implementing. What ever the story. I thank you for any kindness of info.
