All the Estate coming from brother, Emanuel Zeigler, shall be divided into three equal
parts or shares and 1/3 to Susannah Snyder 1/3 to David Hinely, 1/3 be equally divided
between David Mallet and Robert Lewis Mallet, sons of niece, Susannah Mallet. Third if
draw lot of land in the present contemplated land lottery be sold to best advantage by
Executor, and profit be divided among same persons as heretofore in second clause.

Give to son in law, Stephen A. Wilson, $1.00. Give to wife, Jane M. Dasher, one half of
the trace of land on which I now reside. containing 800 acres, together with such horses,
hogs, and cattle and sheep as shall be necessary to her comfort and convenience. Also
such of my negroes as shall be necessary to her comfort and support. Give to son, William
B., one half of the trace of land on which I nov reside. Desire that interest being half of the
land on which son, Robert. now resides be sold as soon as practible after my death
provided son. Robert, is not willing to buy it. Desire Executors to sell all such stock or
property as shall seem to them unnecessary to the comfort and happiness of my family and
money be put at interest until son, William B. arrives at age of 21. Then desire property not
herein bequeathed be equally divided among children. with one exception, my son, George S.,
is to have no share in none of lands. Desire property left to wife. Jane I., during her
widowhood or life time be equally divided after her death among my children. Appoint my

Balance of proceeds of estate give to sons, James A. Burgstiner and John R. Burgstiner,

said notes desire at the death of wife be equally divided among following daughters: Jane

Give to wife, Ann Blitch, during ten years or widowhood, or so long as she shall stay
on the place (but if she shall leave the place then the lands to be all sold), 159 acres of land
containing plantation and improvemencs, the other 200 acres of land to lye unmolested,
and after ten years shall expire then all lands shall be sold and an equal division be made
between all my children. Give vife, five hoes, one plow and gear, one horse, one sow and
six shoats, etc. to my dau., Elizabeth, two pillows to go with bed. Balance of property be
sold and an equal division be made between all my children, to wife: Henry James Blitch,
Thomas Luke Blitch. Elizabeth Blitch, Elenor Jane Blitch, Georgia Ann Blitch, Willis

To two oldest sons, William Beal and Obadiah Winfield Edwards, the lands and
appurtenances situated thereone known and described as my resident now, containing about
600 acres, trace of land containing 200 acres known as the Montmullier land. Desire Chat
wife, Sarah Elenor Edwards, shall reside upon my place of residence now, bequeathed as
above, until youngest son, Obadiah Winfield, becomes of age. All other lands be sold and
proceeds be equally divided between wife and daughter, Caroline Eugenia, and all other
future heirs of my body. To my son, William Beal, a negro girl slave named Jenny. To
son, Obadiah Winifield, a negro girl slave named Ann. To daughter: Caroline Eugenia, a
negro girl named Binah. Also give to wife and all children four negro slaves. Devise
remainder of estate to wife and children to be divided equally between them. Appoint

tract of land (146 acres). Also did give to daughter. Gracy Wheeler, by deed the as
foregoing Give unto daughter, Maria Morgan, 100 acres of land in front and adjoining 146
acres. the tract on which I now reside Balance of estate I give to following five children,
to wit: John L. Morgan, Gracy Wheeler (wife of Brinson Wheeler). Sarah Arnsdorff, wife
of John., Eliza Gnann, wife of Christopher L. Gnann, and Maria Morgan to be equally
divided among them. Appt son, John L. Morgan, and son in law, John Arnsdorff, exrs.
