Ida Elizabeth Hutton Brannen died when her daughter Virginia Brannen, my wife’s mother (b.08/13/1921-d.3/13/1992) was only 4 or 5 years old. After Ida Elizabeth Hutto died William Arnie Brannen married Mary Sally Unknown. Virginia Brannen lived with her father and stepmother until she married at the young age of 14 to Ossie Fred Waters (b.12/05/1916-d.01/26/1999) on 05/13/1936 in Tattnall County, GA. Ossie and Virginia Waters were farmers in Tattnall County and raised a large family of eight children (6 girls and 2 boys) that now they have families with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The Waters and Brannen families somehow over the years lost all contact with the Hutto Family. We suspect that Ida Elizabeth Hutto (my wife’s grandmother) grew up in Evans, Liberty, or Tattnall County, GA
