I'm looking for information on my great great grandfather, John Wesley Evans born about 1808 in Tennessee. He moved to DeSoto County, Mississippi and married Mary Elizabeth Replogle born 1817 in Tennessee. They married in 1866. Their children are:

John Wesley Evans, Jr. born 1840 in Mississippi
Martha E. Evans born 1841 in Mississippi
America A. Evans born 1843 in Mississippi
M. Catherine Evans born 1845 in Mississippi
Nancy Jane Evans (sometimes seen as Nancy A. Evans) born
1848 in Mississippi, died 17 Nov 1912
in Senatobia, Tate County, Mississippi

I am trying to find the father and mother of John Wesley Evans and any ancestors before that! Any help is greatly appreciated!
