Deed Robert A. Jones to Jesse Jones

Fayette County History p. 421 says that Robert A Jones deeded land he drew in 1821 land lottery (land lot 195, district 4) to his son, Jesse Jones November 2, 1830. Does anyone have access to grantor/grantee index for Fayette Co. which would give the book and page number for the deed? I'd like to order a copyfrom the courthouse. I'd like the same for Jesse's deed to sons Harrison and Robert Feb. 25, 1867 and Harrison to Robert Feb. 3 1870. Does anyone know if Robert A. Jones left Fayette Co. in 1830 when he deeded land to Jesse or did he stay and continue to live there with Jesse?

If anyone has access to will books, please check to see if there are recorded wills or administrations of their estates?
