Willie Viola Garrett m. John R. Riggins and had three known children: Donald B. and Franklin D. Riggins and one baby boy that died in infancy. John R. Riggins was my maternal grandmother's brother. Both he and Viola are buried at the Lindale Cemetery, Lindale, Georgia. According to my records, Viola's parents were Charlie Franklin Garrett and Rosa Lee Kenney. Charlie Franklin Garrett's parents were John Garrett and Jane (White?). I do not have Rosa Lee's parents' names. I'm trying to find out more information on Viola's and John Riggins' sons and their sons' children since they are my cousins and I do not have anything on that side of the family.
