Location of 16 Mile Church

I just located a death certificate at Georgia Virtual Vault of an aunt I didn't know about. It shows that she is buried at 16 Mile Church. Does anyone know where this is located? Her parents were living on Route 6 in Floyd County. She died in 1925. The cemetery may have changed its name or the church could be known by another name. Any help would be appreciated. This is a childs grave and I would like to find it.
