I don't know anything about Drs. Hall and Jones, but Floyd Springs Masonic Lodge is still active. Today, the lodge has a building on Hwy. 27 about 12-15 miles north of Rome. That is not actually in the Floyd Springs community, but would be considered Armuchee. The lodge originally was located in Floyd Springs in the McKinney country store building. There are some good old photos of the store, which burned in 1985 or thereabouts. The Floyd Springs Masonic Lodge has a written history (or at least written records), so if you can find a current member you might be able to verify whether the two doctors were members.
