Elisha Tatum b. 1832 and Sarah Caroline Newton Wallis were the parents of Julius Neolion WALLIS. I have a copy of the will of Elisha, in which he leaves a child's portion to the said Julius WALLIS.
I also have the death certificate of Julius WALLIS, in which Elisha Tatum is named as his father.
It appears that Elisha at least partly raised Julius, as in the will of Elisha, Julius is living in Elisha's household.
Julius Wallis was also known as "Bud".
I would like to share information with anyone who might have knowledge of this.
Thank you,
Helen Wallis Thomas
