George Thrasher and Alender White

George Thrasher and Alender White were married in Franklin County on 26 August 1817. Does anyone know if marriage certificates for that time frame exists, and if they do, where are they located. I live in Florida so getting up there is a challenge. If someone would be so kind as to check, I would greatly appreciate it. I am trying to document this George as the son of Revolutionary War George Thrasher who lived in Franklin County during the same timeframe. Surely, there is some document that may tie the two George's together. Perhaps someone researching the White family has some info.
